Coral Fragment Micropropagation

Tissue culture techniques applied to reef coral fragments under controlled LED spectra. Uses aquarium systems for water chemistry, sterile technique from plant culture, and photodiode spectroscopy to optimize PAR for zooxanthellae. Grows coral frags in sealed acrylic chambers with temperature control, calcium dosing, and species-specific light cycles.
